Acknowledgment and Acceptance of Your Order

All mattresses and divans from Ease N Comfort are handmade with care. Please note that once placed, your order becomes a legally binding contract. Your statutory rights, including those related to cancellations, remain unaffected.

Order Processing & Delivery

You will be advised of the estimated delivery timeframe at the time of ordering. Once available, we will contact you to confirm delivery arrangements. As we are unable to store items, delivery will be scheduled with the earliest available slot in your area.

While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery dates, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and we will keep you informed accordingly.

Delivery Policy

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been collected by the delivery carrier.

In case of failed delivery attempts, our carrier may attempt redelivery. Additional charges for redelivery will apply and be billed to your account.

Cancellation Policy

Distance Selling Regulations apply only if the product has not been custom-made or examined in person at our showroom.

If applicable, you may cancel your order in writing before delivery or within 5 working days following delivery.

For hygiene reasons, mattresses and beds will be sealed in clear plastic for inspection. Once unsealed or used, they cannot be returned unless faulty or not as described.

If you wish to return an item, you are responsible for its care and for arranging appropriate packaging to prevent damage. Return costs in non-fault cases will be borne by the customer.

Guarantee

We stand by the quality of our products. Ease N Comfort offers a 3-year guarantee on all bedroom furniture and mattresses we manufacture or source exclusively through our supplier partners.

The guarantee covers manufacturing defects in the frame and spring construction and begins from the date of delivery.

Note: The guarantee applies to Mainland UK only. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
